Oasis Women's ProjectA popular weekly support session where HIV+ women of many cultures can meet and support each other in a safe, non-judgemental environment. The session includes access to a number of complementary therapies available by appointment, including Thai massage, shiatsu, full-body massage and reflexology. Professional childminding is also provided. Complementary therapies and childminding do require booking in advance. The Women’s Circle discussion group meets on Mondays between 12.15 and 2.00pm where there is opportunity for women to gather and discuss topics ranging from childcare to sexual health with facilitators from a variety of agencies including the Royal Free Hospital, Sure Start, Camden Social services and others. Light refreshments are provided. Newly diagnosed? Would you like to talk to another HIV+ woman? There are women from the Women’s Project who are available to meet and chat with any newly diagnosed woman to share information and experience. For further information, contact the Oasis office or speak to someone at the Women’s Project on Mondays. We look forward to hearing from you.

“What’s important for the women who attend the Women’s Project is that it provides a space for nurturing.” - Aideen |
